One week . . . !

Wow.  It has been a whole week since I wrote down my activity and my food.  Oh dear.  The week was an especially busy week with lots of clients, classes and interviews.  I only got one lifting session in on Friday.  I moved to an hypertrophy phase, so the rep range will change from 4-6 reps to 10-12 reps.  Here is my workout for Friday:

DB chest press
3 sets, 10 reps, 30#

Lat pulldown on the Cybex Functional Trainer
3 sets, 10 reps, 7 plates

Bulgarian split squats
3 sets, 10 reps each leg, 75# (barbell)

Lying OH extension
3 sets, 10 reps, 12#

Alternating DB bicep curls
3 sets, 20 reps, 22.5#

It felt good to lift again.  Of course, I have done all my kickboxing classes and I did a 20 minute, cardio session on the ARC trainer Friday morning as well.
I can't re-create my meals for the week.  I will do better next week.  But I will tell you that I am in the beginning stages of creating a cookbook for my clients.  I will try to convince the owner of Epicurean Catering to help me with this project . . .  he is a kickboxing client.
We had 20 inches of snow on Friday as well.  Thank you to all my clients who honored their appointment time and showed up to work out.  We don't close at The Conditioning Classroom unless there is 3 feet or more of snow!
